Join us for an evening of deep healing and inner exploration at this beautiful yoga studio in central Wellington.
Sika will play intuitively from his beloved collection of natural instruments, sensing into the energy of space. He has been offering sound journeys for over 25 years.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket to lie on. You may also wish to bring a cushion for your head, a water bottle and a journal. A number of spare yoga mats are also available at the yoga centre – first come first served.
Tickets are $30 in advance or $40 on the door, subject to availability.
