Cornwall Workshop & Sound Journey evening – Callington

July 17, 2018

Drumming Carnglaze Cavern

An all day workshop with Sika followed by an evening Sound Journey

Join Sika on an enchanted Sound Journey and shift into a different space and time.
This event is being held inside the thick stone walls of Polhilsa House Retreat, with its wonderful acoustics and womblike feeling.

Sika will play intuitively, enchantingly sensing into the energy of the space using his collection of natural instruments, which include: didjeridoo, drums, native flutes, rattles, leaves, stones, shells, bones and maori taonga puoro. Sika’s voice and breath also play a vital role in this
powerful, shamanic exploration.

All Day Workshop 10.30am – 4.30pm

This workshop offers a series of shorter Sound Journeys, each one followed by
time to drop into a deeply surrendered and relaxed state of being.

Throughout the day, we will sit in circle and share our individual experiences.
We’ll take the time to listen to our feelings and needs. In a gentle and loving way we’ll process the shifts that arise from the sound journey.

Please bring vegetarian food to share for lunch.

Evening Sound Journey 7.30pm – 10.00pm

After the all day workshop has ended, the space will be the scene for an evening of Sound Journeying with Sika. Amidst this intimate circle we shall dream and vision to sound in a timeless journey.
Two sound journeys with a interval in between.
We will have time at the end of the second journey to thoroughly return to our
bodies before driving away.

Workshop tickets are separate from evening tickets.

All day/workshop tickets are £100 – 12 places only so please book early!
Evening tickets are £35

This event is hosted by Debbi Walker.
