One and a half hours of visioning, sound journey and sharing. Ancient sounds beamed from New Zealand on the Full Moon.

Join me for this intimate online workshop using the healing power of sound.
As the Moon is Full take this opportunity to vision and share together. Linked around earth in a magical circle of intention, this is a powerful moon-time for everyone. The guided visualisation takes us to visit the Tree of Life, a mythical symbol that connects us to the cosmos and the underworld.
So join this sound journey to celebrate your relationship with the natural cycles of earth.
Spaces are limited to 20 participants, which allows for a rich session.
I’ll guide us throughout the process. The session will include:
Heart-sharing
We’ll pass around the virtual ‘talking stick’ and share from the heart. Everyone will have some time to speak and be witnessed, however no-one will be pressured to share. I’ll mind the time. Past participants tell me how much they appreciate the gentle, loving space we create together.
Shamanic Sound Journey
I’ll guide a shamanic visualisation which flows seamlessly into a sound journey. In this magical place you can ask for inner guidance at this time of healing on the planet. What is your heart’s longing? What do you need to call forth? What is coming through you? Bring a question or intention for the journey if you wish.
My beloved collection of instruments includes didgeridoo, drums, flutes, voice, shells and stones. I play my instruments live or stream pre-recorded sounds. The sound journey typically lasts around 45-50 minutes. At the end of the journey I will guide us back before closing the circle.
